Should you require it we can arrange for legal advise on contracts and a survey of the property by an expert, though this is for peace of mind and has no legal status in the French house buying process. We will also guide you through the French bureaucracy involved in the purchase in the Languedoc, and assist in gaining planning permission for any alterations you require.

In short we would be working solely in your best interests throughout the real estate transaction and if required afterwards as well. We can also be on hand to advice and assist with all your settling in details-from registering a car,ng a bank account, to finding a builder or gardener. If you are familair with the service but just require a translator we also happy to provide a translation service.
