Emerging Technologies-Oppido Portal Project
Commercial Director/ CEO of International Company
A key part of the pilot management team for this e-commerce loyalty program, WAP and broadband portal. My primary role was to write the commercial aspects of the business plan, set up the legal and financial structure of the company outside of Sweden and sound out potential e-commerce partners across Europe. To successfully launch the VC, Emerging Technologies estimated they required 350-450 million US, the state of the market at this time was not receptive to such large scale fund-raising. Launched as Swedish only operation, quickly sold to the Swedish post office as their e-commerce site.

I was responsible for all aspects of budgeting, sales projections, recruitment and management of the sales directors as well as key client sales and business development pitches-my favorite part of the job.
