to finally settle on the Minervois district as their base. Now retired
from their life overseas, Iain and Trish are ready to help you enjoy
this area as much as they do.

at "Le Coq du nord" in the small village of Mailhac, you
can explore the hidden corners of Languedoc Roussillon and experiment
with some of best that Minervois and L’Aude can offer.
Whether you are looking
for a quiet gîte or "chambre d'hôtes" that
you will never forget, Patricia and Iain make excellent hosts and
have the facilities that you are looking for. Their Bed & Breakfast
has to be one of the best in the region. In their newly renovated,
fully climate controlled house, the words "with distinction"
are truly merited.
