For visitors who purchase a property here in the Aude we offer a superb property management service. From as little as 15 Euro per month we will regularly visit the property, keep the garden in order, pool maintenance, monitor the building for any damp, electrical and plumbing issues. We can also arrange for small maintenance work, decorating, plumbing and electrical repairs. We can also arrange wood orders and be onsite for delivery and storage. All These service are available in the Corbieres, La Clape and Minervios areas. We are sadly unable to service the High Aude, Montagne Noir, Limoux area or North of Carcassonne at an affordable price. We are unable to meet and greet clients as there are only so many hours on a Saturday and we have our own Gites

For Holiday Home owners we can be on call should your tenants find that they need a skilled artisan to fix the loo or unplug little Jimmy from the mains. We can also arrange an end of the season/beginning of the season house cleaning, inventory and maintenance service.We are unable to do Gîte weekly turnovers as we have three of our own and that takes up most of our Saturdays.

Garden clearance and maintenance. All year round service with pre-arrival pool cleaning if necessary. Should you need a garden designer we know a number of English speakers in the area.

Prices depend on the level of Property Management you require. Quotes are available upon request, though a visit to the property may be necessary to evaluate the amount of work necessary.

In general we are not in the business of overseeing building works, though we know professional builders who do do this work and would be willing to forward your request to them.

Revenue from a second home is always a little tricky. Do you just rent to friends, work colleagues or do you advertise the property and have to deal with all the enquiries, legal contracts and associated problems. We provide a comprehensive booking service for holiday home owners. See Places to Stay. We work only on a commission basis so not bookings no fees. The key point that makes our service different is that we specialise in promoting the booking service all year round, not just for the summer. This means that you can enjoy your house during peak holiday season and still receive an income all year round.

For a small monthly fee we will be on-call for your visitors, to provide emergency repairs, assistance should they require it or just the number of the local doctor or car mechanic. We can also be on hand to replace inventory and do a pre season and post season cleaning and maintance service.
