range of estate agents in the Aude,
Languedoc, though we remain totally independent and do not accept
payment from estate agents or property owners. Working from your
brief we will seek out a range of properties that meet you requirements,
give an individual assessment of each house, village and area- including
schools if necessary. We can arrange an itinerary for your visit
and accompany you on your house viewing if you need help translating
or just a second, informed opinion. We are also on hand should you
require advice on price negotiations and contracts. Should you require
it we can arrange for legal advise on contracts and a survey of
the property by an expert, though this is for peace of mind and
has no legal status in the French house buying process. We will
also guide you through the French bureaucracy involved in the purchase
in the Aude, Languedoc, and assist in gaining planning permission
for any alterations you require.
We do not oversee building work as we are not builders, but we will
introduce you to builders and help with the quote, and planning
permission, and the negociation process. |

short we would be working solely in your best interests throughout
the real estate transaction and if required afterwards as well.
We will take you through every details, explaining how it works,
so that you are in control and informed at every stage. We can pre
prepare your visit and continue to look for the ideal holiday home,
or permanent property after you have left.
Our contract
is simple. We charge only for the time we work for you a simple
by hourly rate of 30 Euro with the first hour free. There is no
minimum, if all you need is someone to get your electricity turned
on we can do that for you. If you need more intensive help and guidance
we can take you through the entire property purchasing process from
initial meetings with estate agents to signing the final acte, we
can be on hand during your entire visit to the Aude. We can also
be on hand to advice and assist with all your settling in details-from
registering a car, opening a bank account, to finding a builder
or gardener. If you are familiar with the sustem but just require
a translator we also happy to provide a translation service.
We think
we can save you the cost of our services by getting the best price
possible, reducing the number of visits that you have to make to
the Aude before you have your ideal home, and in helping you to
avoid any major potholes.
